The Howard Theatre is equipped with the latest lighting rig, PA system with a variety of microphones, and three wall-mounted cameras providing scope for recording and streaming. The Music Room is equipped with a ceiling mounted laser projector, ceiling recessed electric roller screen together with speakers built into the ceiling for laptop sound and videos all easily managed by a touch screen. The Assembly Room features a built-in PA, projector and large 4m screen.

Our dedicated and experienced in-house Technology Support Team work with our Co-ordination Team throughout the planning stages ensuring that the room setups and all requirements are understood and correct, and provide av support on the day allowing speakers and client event organisers to relax and focus. The Technology Support team also provide the face to face contact ensuring that everything is ready on the day and quickly responding to any last minute requests. The two core members of our AV team have a combined experience of 17 years at ż which provides valuable experience and reassurance for both regular and new clients.
